INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy involves working one-on-one with a therapist to address presenting concerns that are identified during the intake evaluation and subsequent sessions. Sessions are based on personal goals identified through the assessment process which are used to help guide you through treatment.

FAMILY THERAPY

During a family session, the therapist may work with you and your child to explore the family dynamics. The therapist will help to modify any ineffective patterns of relating to one another. The therapist may also work directly with parents (with or without the child present) to provide parents with strategies and interventions to implement.
